Membership Terms & Conditions

• Your monthly membership will be automatically charged to your credit or debit card on your choice of the 1st or 15th of each month.
• In order to provide you with optimum results, memberships are for the membership holder only. If you choose to do so, you may gift your services one month per year only, to a friend or family member. Advance notice to Kristin Monroe Skincare is required. 
• Your membership allows you to receive 3 treatments. It can be broken down into 2 treatments at one appointment, with one appointment later within the month; or 3 treatments in one appointment. We will accommodate your monthly scheduling needs. 
• If you miss 3 treatments (i.e. one month worth) within your membership period we will gladly roll over (i.e. makeup) the 3 missed treatments. If you miss more than 3, beyond 3 missed treatments, these services will be forfeited. 
• Under special circumstances, if the member needs to cancel the automatic withdrawal, your membership will be taken out of the membership system. Your account will no longer be charged.
